After fermentation, the wine underwent a 20-day extended maceration before being aged for 12 months on lees in an American oak whiskey barrel. As a result, the wine has transformed into a bold and refined vintage that can be appreciated when young or aged for 4-8 years.

An extended growing season of moderate temperatures created a very clean and smooth vidal blanc. Modeled after the ancient roman technique of fermenting white wine grapes on the skin. This wine was created in an 'Orange Wine' fashion. It was fermented on the skins for 11 days in an extended maceration.
